2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货时间：2025年6月起交货（其中2026年1-3月交4支)

9. *对投标人的资格要求： 

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单（如适用）;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（如适用）;
（3）由于轧辊是重要的生产物料，直接影响产品质量和产量，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议（联系人：吴德军，13916819488)，未能签订技术附件的投标人，其投标将被否决。
（4）本项目接受代理商投标。
