（3）投标人具备本次招标设备的成套设计能力，自2019年1月1日起至投标截止之日内具有22MN及以上四锤头机械式径锻机组成套设备的制造和供货业绩，并成功用于生产；

（3）The bidder has the complete set design capability of the bidding equipment, and has the manufacturing and supply performance of the complete set of equipment of not less than 22MN four-hammer head mechanical diameter forging units from January 1, 2019 to the bidding deadline, and has been successfully used for production.
（4）Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, all bidders interested in the participation in this project shall contact the tenderee to carry out the technical exchanges and sign the technical appendices before the bid opening.
