二十辊单机架可逆轧机是新余钢铁股份有限公司新能源汽车硅钢项目的主要生产机组，生产产品规格范围：厚度：0.1-1mm；宽度850-1300mm，原料钢种主要有高牌号无取向电工钢。
本轧机要求对轧制钢板有较强的板温控制和调节能力、具备板型自动闭环控制能力、具备从开卷机到出口卷取机以及左右卷取机之间的高速倒卷能力等。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：FOB中国境内

交货时间：ZR4#二十辊单机架可逆轧机机组牌坊FOB时间在合同签订后12个月内，ZR5#二十辊单机架可逆轧机机组牌坊FOB时间在合同签订后16个月内

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人未被国家企业信用信息公示系统（www.gsxt.gov.cn）列入严重违法失信企业名单；

（3）本项目不接受代理商投标；
（4）自2021年1月起至投标截止日，投标人须具有20辊单机架轧机的供货业绩；
（5）由于项目复杂，技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签署技术附件，未能签订技术附件的投标人，其投标将被否决（联系人：周杰 13879027062）。

20-high single-stand reversing mill is the main production unit of new energy automotive silicon steel project of Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., LTD. The product specifications range: thickness: 0.1-1mm; Width 850-1300mm, raw steel is mainly high grade non-oriented electrical steel.
The mill requires strong plate temperature control and adjustment ability, automatic closed-loop control ability of plate shape, high-speed rewinding ability from uncoiler to exit coiler and between left and right coiler.

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery place：FOB Within China

Delivery time：For ZR4# 20-high single stand reversing rolling mill unit housing, the FOB time is within 12 months after the contract is signed. For ZR5# 20-high single stand reversing rolling mill unit housing, the FOB time is within 16 months after the contract is signed
