1．招标货物名称、数量、技术规格和资金来源：

招标货物名称：真空淬火炉

数量：1套

技术规格：

*（1）加热区尺寸：≥Φ2000mm×3500mm。

*（2）有效装料区尺寸：≥Φ1600mm×3400mm，不包含装料盘。

*（3）工作区温度范围：550℃～1050℃。

*（4）温度均匀性：≤±8℃。

*（5）系统精度：≤±1.7℃或读数的±0.3%（该精度指仪表、工艺传感器、补偿导线整体精度，应符合AMS2750最新版要求）。

*（6）温度仪表:设备应配备控温仪表、报警仪表及电子记录仪表，仪表最大允许误差≤±1.7℃或读数的±0.3%，仪表类型满足AMS2750最新版C类仪表配置要求，温度记录仪不少36通道，并配备相应的数据分析软件，分析软件具备数据审核功能。温控、报警以及记录仪表采用Eurotherm、Honeywell、Yokogawa或同等品牌，温控布局设计合理，接口丰富，适合智能化生产控制。

*（7）传感器：配套N型铠装温度传感器，最大允许误差应满足AMS 2750最新版要求，温度传感器采用OMEGA、TC、TE或同等品牌。温度传感器配置数量应根据AMS2750最新版C类仪表要求和温度控制区数而定。

（8）*泄漏率（压升率）：＜0.65Pa/h。

泄漏率应在室温、真空阀门关闭的条件下对炉子进行检测；在测定泄漏率之前，应将炉子抽至极限真空度。

*（9）加热室工作真空范围：0.133Pa～13.3Pa。

（10）加热室极限真空：≤0.1Pa。

（11）升温速率：从室温升至1050C不大于150分钟（1500kg装载钢件时）。

（12）额定温度：不小于1250℃。

（13） 加热室抽气速度：≤100min，抽至工作真空。油淬室抽气速度：≤40min，抽至工作真空。

*（14）淬火转移时间不大于 35 秒。淬火转移时间的计算方式为“自设备保温炉门开始打开时起，至工件完全浸入淬火介质止”。设备控制系统应具备记录淬火转移时间的功能。投标时，提供淬火转移时间详细的计算方式及验证方法。

*（15）淬火油工作温度：淬火之前油温控制在24～60℃之间，并在淬火期间油温不超过71℃，且在1小时内恢复至初始温度控制点。

*（16）加热室真空/工作分压：0.100～13.3Pa，加热室应抽至6.65Pa后才可以加热。

*（17） 冷却气体：氮气，气冷压力1.9bar。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人近5年（2021年1月1日至投标截止日）须具有不少于1份与本项目招标范围类似项目的业绩【类似项目指：真空淬火炉（油淬工艺），有效工作尺寸不小于φ1200mm×2000mm<直径×高度>（即立式），温度均匀性：≤±8℃，泄漏率（压升率）小于0.65Pa/h。】。投标人须提供2021年1月1日至投标截止时间签订的至少1份与本次招标范围类似项目的合同协议书作为证明材料，合同须体现合同签订时间、合同内容和双方签章页，否则将按无效证明材料处理。

（2）投标人必须为制造商，不接受代理商投标。

Technical specifications：

*（1） Heating zone dimensions: ≥ Φ 2,000 mm × 3,500 mm.

*（2）Effective charging zone dimensions: ≥ Φ 1,600 mm × 3,400 mm, excluding the charging tray.

*（3） Working zone temperature range: 550℃～1,050℃.

*（4）Temperature uniformity: ≤ ±8℃。

*（5）System accuracy: ≤ ±1.7℃ or ±0.3% of the reading (This accuracy refers to the overall accuracy of the instrument, process sensor, and compensation wire, and shall comply with the latest version of AMS2750).

*（6）Temperature instruments: The equipment shall be equipped with temperature control instruments, alarm instruments, and electronic recording instruments. The maximum permissible error of the instruments shall be ≤ ±1.7℃ or ±0.3% of the reading. The instrument type shall meet the Class C instrument configuration requirements of the latest version of AMS2750. The temperature recorder shall have no fewer than 36 channels and be equipped with corresponding data analysis software that features data review capabilities. The temperature control, alarm, and recording instruments shall be from Eurotherm, Honeywell, Yokogawa, or equivalent brands. The temperature control layout shall adopt a rational design and extensive system interfaces, making it suitable for intelligent production control.

*（7）Transducers: The equipment shall be equipped with N-type armored temperature transducers, and the maximum permissible error shall meet the requirements of the latest version of AMS2750. The temperature transducers shall be from OMEGA, TC, TE, or equivalent brands. The number of temperature transducers shall be determined based on the Class C instrument requirements and the number of temperature control zones specified in the latest version of AMS2750.

（8）* Leakage rate (pressure rise rate): ＜0.65 Pa/h.

The leakage rate shall be tested at room temperature with the vacuum valves closed; Before measuring the leakage rate, the furnace shall be evacuated to its ultimate vacuum.

*（9）Working vacuum range of the heating chamber: 0.133 Pa ～ 13.3 Pa.

*（10）Ultimate vacuum of the heating chamber: ≤ 0.1 Pa.

（11） Heating rate: From room temperature to 1050°C in no more than 150 minutes (when loaded with 1500 kg of steel components).

（12）Rated temperature: Not less than 1,250°C.

（13） Pumping time: The heating chamber shall be evacuated to the working vacuum within 100 minutes at maximum, and the oil quenching chamber shall be evacuated to the working vacuum within 40 minutes at maximum.

*（14）Quenching transfer time: Not greater than 35 seconds. The quenching transfer time is calculated from the moment the insulated furnace door opening is initiated until the workpiece is fully immersed in the quenching medium. The equipment control system shall have the function of recording the quenching transfer time. At the time of bidding, the Bidder shall provide the calculation and verification methods for the quenching transfer time.

*（15）Quenching oil working temperature: The oil temperature shall be maintained within 24°C to 60°C prior to quenching, shall not exceed 71°C during quenching, and shall return to its initial set temperature within 1 hour.

*（16）Vacuum/operating partial pressure for the heating chamber: 0.100 to 13.3 Pa. Heating operations shall not be initiated until the heating chamber has been evacuated to a pressure of 6.65 Pa.

*（17） Cooling gas: Nitrogen, with a cooling gas pressure of 1.9 bar.

Delivery time：The Bidder shall complete manufacturing within 12 months after the contract becomes effective. Delivery shall be made within 1 month upon receipt of the Tenderee's notification

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http://www.chinabidding.com), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

4. Time for purchasing Tendering documents: Starting from：2026-07-23 to 2026-07-30 (Beijing time).

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

（1）Requirements for the reference performances provided by the Bidder:

Signing Date: Within the recent five (5) years (from January 1, 2021 to the bid closing date);

Quantity: No less than one (1) valid performance;

Technical Specifications: The scope of the performance project shall be similar to that of This bidding project, with specific requirements as follows:

-Performance Equipment: Vacuum quenching furnace (oil quenching process);

-Effective Working Dimension: ≥ φ1,200mm×2,000mm (diameter × height) (vertical type);

-Temperature Uniformity: ≤ ±8℃;

-Leakage Rate (Pressure Rise Rate): ＜0.65Pa/h.

The Bidder shall provide the contract agreement of the reference performance as the performance certification document, which must specify the contract signing date, contract content, and bear the signatures and seals of both parties. Any incomplete document shall be deemed invalid.

（2）Bidders must be manufacturers and agency bids are not accepted.
