技术规格：

1、采用X射线的测量方法，X射线高压不低于15KV；X射线膜厚仪通过测量铬元素的特征谱线得到膜厚数据；

2、为避免带钢异常时撞击膜厚仪，膜厚仪的测量距离或气隙（从测量窗口到带钢的距离）需不小于15mm；

3、具备基板中Cr元素影响补偿功能，根据设定信息中下发的基板元素成分数据进行修正；

4、测量精度≤±0.1g/m2；重复性（静态）：At 0.8g/m2≤±0.01g/m2，At 1.8g/m2≤±0.015g/m2；漂移：At 0.8g/m2≤±0.02g/m2，At 1.8g/m2≤±0.04g/m2；统计噪声：At 0.8g/m2≤±0.02g/m2，At 1.8g/m2≤±0.03g/m2；系统运行率≥99.7%；

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：国外进口设备：FOB；国内国产设备：DDP宝山基地仓库或现场

交货时间：国外进口设备：合同签订后12个月内；国内国产设备：合同签订后12个月内

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（查询时间不得早于招标文件起售日）（如适用）;

（3）投标人如为代理商，应具有本项目所投产品（X射线膜厚仪）设备制造商出具的有效唯一授权证明。X射线膜厚仪设备制造商与被授权者（代理商）不得同时参与本项目投标，否则导致设备制造商与其代理商的投标都被否决；

（4）合同签订时间自2020年1月1日（含）至投标截至日，投标人或所投X射线膜厚仪设备制造商需具有用于硅钢机组的X射线膜厚仪或者用于冷轧机组含铬涂层检测的X射线膜厚仪的供货业绩；

1． The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：

The name：X-Ray Coating Weight Gauge

Technical specifications：

1、X-ray measurement technology shall be adopted; X-ray high voltage shall not be lower than 15 kV；The X-ray coating thickness gauge acquires coating thickness data by measuring characteristic spectral lines of chromium element；

2、To prevent the strip from hitting the coating thickness gauge under abnormal running conditions, the measuring gap (distance from measuring window to strip) shall be no less than 15 mm；

3、A compensation function shall be available to offset interference caused by chromium element in substrate. It makes corrections based on the substrate element composition data sent by the set information；

4、Measurement Accuracy: ≤±0.1g/m2；Reproducibility (static): At 0.8g/m2≤±0.01g/m2; At 1.8g/m2≤±0.015g/m2;；Stability: At 0.8g/m2≤±0.02g/m2; At 1.8 g/m2≤±0.04g/m2;；Statistical Noise: At 0.8g/m2≤±0.02g/m2; At 1.8g/m2≤±0.03 g/m2;；Availability: ≥99.7%；

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

（1）Not been listed in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn) (The time of inquiry shall not be earlier than the date of sale of the tender documents) (if applicable)；

（2）Not been included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking on the website of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) (The time of inquiry shall not be earlier than the date of sale of the tender documents) (if applicable)；

（3）If the bidder is an agent, it shall have a valid and exclusive authorization issued by the manufacturer of the product (X-ray film thickness gauge) being bid for in this project. The manufacturer of the X-ray film thickness gauge equipment and the authorized party (agent) shall not participate in the bidding of this project simultaneously. Otherwise, the bids of both the equipment manufacturer and its agent will be rejected；

（4）The bidder or the manufacturer of the X-ray film thickness gauge shall have experience of supplying X-ray film thickness gauges used in silicon steel production line or X-ray film thickness gauges used in cold rolling line for Cr-based coating measurement, during a period from January 1st, 2020 (inclusive) to the bid closing date；
