②加工条数：Max28条（板厚≤0.8mm）

（3）机组生产能力：5万吨/年.

投标人负责设备的供货、安装、调试等各项工作。其他技术要求详见招标文件。

资金来源：现汇项目

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：CIF 海防港，越南

交货时间：合同生效日后11个月内FOB交货。

3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

4. 购买招标文件时间：2025年04月25日起到2025年05月06日止。

5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与宝钢越南（海防）钢材加工配送有限公司联系开展技术交流并确认技术协议（联系人：李大军，电话：13702198504），未能确认技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决；

（4）不接受代理商投标；

（5）投标人具有纵切机组同类设备供货业绩；

（6）投标人（及其分包商）应当具备承担本项目各项工作的相关资格、资质，投标人应当就此承诺。项目实施过程中，因投标人（及其分包商）资格、资质不合格而产生风险、责任和费用均由该投标人承担。

Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency) is commissioned by Baosteel Vietnam(Haiphong) Steel Service Center company limited(Hereinafter referred to as tenderer) on Open Tendering for the following goods required in main production equipments of Baosteel Vietnam(Haiphong) Steel Service Center invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding.

The Bidder shall be responsible for the completeness, reasonableness and advancement of the equipment and materials within the scope of supply, and shall be responsible for installation, commissioning，and others of the equipment supplied.Other technical requirements are detailed in the technical section.

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：The delivery under FOB terms shall be completed within 11 months after the effective date of this contract.

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http://www.chinabidding.com), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

4. Time for purchasing Tendering documents: Starting from：2025-04-25 to 2025-05-06 (Beijing time).

5. Sales prices of the tendering document: One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.Sales price is 1,000.00CNYor165.00USD

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the national Enterprise Credit Information Publicity system (www.gsxt.gov.cn);

(2) not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust by "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn);

(3)As the project features complexity and high technical requirements. So, any Bidder who wishes to participate in this project shall contact Baosteel Vietnam(Haiphong) Steel Service Center company limited to carry out the technical exchanges and agree on the technical protocol before the bid opening (Contact: Li Dajun, Tel: 13702198504). The bid of any Bidder who fails to agree on the technical protocol will be rejected.

(4)Not accept the bidding of agents.

(5)The bidder should have the supply achievement of similar equipment comparable to Slitting Line. .

(6)Bidder's commitment: Our company (and its subcontractors) should have the relevant qualifications and credentials to undertake all the work of the project, and we undertake to do so. During the implementation of the project, the risks, responsibilities and costs arising from the unqualified qualifications of our company (and its subcontractors) shall be borne by our company.
